
Erica Edmonds is a soon to be self-published author, podcast host, and speaker based in Salt Lake City, Utah with a passion for the Outdoor Hospitality Industry and connecting people.
Through her podcast, Talk S’More, and her writing, Erica uses storytelling to create meaningful connection and inspire growth. Her work is guided by her philosophy, “Be Involved to Evolve,” encouraging individuals and teams to take intentional action toward personal and professional development.
Erica is an active leader in the outdoor hospitality industry, serving as a trustee for the OHI Foundation and Co-Chair of the OHI Young Professionals Committee. She also contributes to national advocacy efforts supporting campground owners and operators.
Her children’s book series, inspired by campground life, highlights the balance between growth, nature, and community—giving a voice to wildlife while promoting coexistence and environmental stewardship.
